We PAY youth 15-24 to work for your company. Each internship lasts 160 hours and helps prepare youth for their future careers. Partner with POIC + RAHS today to help grow an equitable workforce.

New Work Sites


Complete and submit the following to host Interns.

SOAR 7 is an internship program for youth ages 15-18. You can help make a meaningful difference in the community by providing valuable work experience for our young people by signing the SOAR 7 memorandum of understanding. These internships offer 200 hours of subsidized employment.

SummerWorks and PDX Youth@Work is financed in whole or in part with funds provided through Worksystems from the U.S. Department of Labor, State of Oregon Higher Education Coordinating Commission, Prosper Portland, the City of Portland, Multnomah County and employer sponsorships.
