Which dish are you diving into first? 🤤 Under the mentorship of Chef Duoshun and Chef Kiara, the CHEF Program students have blossomed into confident chefs, mastering the techniques they’ve practiced and excelled in over the past 12 weeks. Today’s menu was a true reflection of our students’ creativity and passion. From the savory za’atar-crusted lamb racks to the sweet surprise of orange-glazed cheesecake, and the rich flavors of sous vide duck breast and duck leg confit empanadas, there was definitely something for everybody’s taste buds!
