Rosemary Anderson High School Transitions program keeps graduates on track during post graduation life changes, and focuses on their need for scholarship and financial aid support.

Our students often have little family support to guide them through career and higher education challenges, and need the academic counseling and emotional connection of the staff and mentors they have developed relationships with throughout their high school education.
