 Portland OIC is a non-profit community-based organization with education, leadership, and
job-training
programs.
Our Programs work with schools, students, families, and community organizations to prepare youth for adulthood.
Our dedicated staff is committed to helping youth succeed. Many of the youth we serve need and deserve a second, third, and fourth
chance to succeed. In 2005-2006, Portland OIC served more than 400 youth in our programs.
Our holistic approach to serving youth requires us to partner with healthcare, mental health, juvenile justice, and housing agencies to reduce barriers many of our youth face.
