The Portland OIC Board of Directors consists of professionals from diverse educational backgrounds, representing clergy, law, nursing, business, banking, and education. The Board Members are eminently qualified in their chosen professions, and provide wisdom and depth in the formulation of policies that guide the entire Learning Center, and operational direction of the President/CEO.
